Shingrix is fully funded for individuals aged 65 years old only.2 Costs will apply for people who are not 65 years old. Please speak to your healthcare professional about expected costs.
SHINGRIX helps provide sustained protection against shingles for up to year 10 post vaccination, allowing you to get on with living.11,13
THE IMPACT OF SHINGLES
It’s important to consider how getting shingles could potentially affect you.
Shingles can cause pain that lasts for weeks and can be disruptive. Beyond the painful, itchy rash, some people experience complications that can lead to long-term health problems – the most common is post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN), which involves severe pain that can last for months or even years.6 By helping to prevent shingles, SHINGRIX also reduces the risk of PHN.
